Privacy policy

Last updated October 14, 2026

This policy explains what Revenza collects through this website, why, and the choices you have. It covers the website and its forms - not data processed inside customer apps, which is governed by each customer’s agreement with us.

What we collect

  • Early-access requests: your email address and, if you provide them, your name, company, platforms, monthly active users range and role.
  • Contact messages: your name, email, company, topic and message.
  • Abuse prevention: a one-way hash of your IP address, used only to rate-limit submissions. We do not store your raw IP address.

How we use it

  • To confirm your email, manage the early-access list and contact you about Revenza.
  • To answer your message.
  • To keep the forms free of spam and abuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Service providers

The website runs on Cloudflare (hosting, database, email delivery and bot protection). They process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

Retention

We keep early-access and contact data while the private beta runs and for up to 12 months after, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Unconfirmed early-access requests stop being usable after 7 days.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to hello@revenza.dev. We reply within 30 days.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Bot protection may set strictly necessary cookies.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
